ROBERT WOOD JOHNSON FOUNDATION FUNDS SPRINGFIELD "BRIDGE PROJECT"

December 01, 2005

An estimated 15% of residents in the North End of Springfield pass in and out of jail every year. The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation selected the North End Outreach Network (NEON) to help create a continuity of care for inmates and their families during incarceration and re-entry. Policy Development helped develop the project, and now PD is funded through this grant to monitor and evaluate the project, and to continue its overall capacity-building efforts.
